Course description

Approximately 12% of women are diagnosed with PCOS, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. And many of these women are left with questions. What can they do to help the symptoms? What causes this syndrome? What are the treatment options?

This course is meant to help explain the cause, treatments, and lifestyle changes that will have a positive effect on PCOS. It goes into the classic hormone imbalances and the role of blood sugar and insulin with the syndrome.

This course is great for anyone that has just been diagnosed with PCOS or is exhibiting symptoms and wants to gain control. Since we also go into beyond the basics with treatment options, it is also great for individuals looking for more answers.
